- a dad who is flying me back home.
- great specialists who help my daughter.
- toys for kids to play with.
- priesthood blessings.
- technology allowing me to communicate with family.
- AC window unit.
- fans.
- a mini-van.
- food to eat.

so maybe it's not as long as my annoying list, but it's a start.
